Operating by 1941 as the 225-seat New Paramount Theatre. In 1950, it was listed at the Paramount Theatre. Then a few years later it closed due to lack of patrons who were all home watching TV.
It was purchased by the Egbert family in 1963 and converted to an old fashioned melodrama theatre which lasted for 44 years. The theatre closed down at the end of the summer of 2006 and remained closed until it was reopened in February, 2010 as a 180-seat movie theatre. In between closure and reopening, the building was refurbished including new 153-seats, which, as they are larger, reduced the seating capacity. We are the only indoor theatre in Teton Valley, Idaho. By 2022 it had been renamed Pierre’s Theatre.

I am surprised there was any movie theatre in Victor in the 50’s or 60’s. My grandparents had a farm there for years and I thought they were the only ones who lived in Victor. It was so remote back then.
