Located in the north-western Adelaide suburb of Alberton, adjacent to Alberton Railway Station. The Ozone Theatre was opened on 25th August 1924. It was the second cinema to be built for the Ozone Theatres chain.
From 1951 it was operated by Hoyts Theatres/Ozone Theatres chain. It was closed on 25th February 1961. In 1964, it was converted into a chemist & supermarket.
