The Cine Habana is located in the district near the Port of Havana of Havana. In 2013 it was being converted into a Planetarium.

This movie theater was located on Mercaderes Street between Teniente Rey and Muralla, across from the Plaza Vieja, in Old Havana. It is incorrectly positioned in the street map in El Cerro district
The Cine Habana is being reconstructed as a planetarium. Situated next to the Fototeca de Cuba and the Camera Oscura is an effort to make the area around the Plaza Vieja more alluring to tourists.
