Ruenes Theatre

I could find no time line on the Ruenes Theatre but seating was listed at 417. It was operating in the late-1940’s.
It specialized in Spanish speaking and English dubbed films. The building is still standing but in a very delapidated condition.

Any further information or corrections to this theatre would be appreciated.

Open at least till ~1955? Can anyone verify the exact dates it was open?

Need more info and photos.
