A closer address is 106 NE Rutherford Trailer Park Way, Madison, FL.
I understand the address is not US-90, but it does put it smack on the drive-in itself. That’s because the entrance to the property has changed to the side street.
Today, you can still see the outline and some of the ramps along with the foundation of the ticket booth. The projection booth/concession stand still exists as well.
And as the address indicates, the property is a trailer park.

The Madison Drive-In opened its gates on September 9, 1955 with Richard Widmark in “Red Skies Of Montana” (unknown if any short subjects were added), with a total capacity of 120 cars. It was once operated by Alfred Stevens during its later heyday.
The theater closed for the final time in the late-1980s.

The truth is out there!
Not every drive-in made it into the encyclopedias, almanacs, and catalogs. Some slipped through the cracks, especially the ones in very rural areas.

That’s very strange. The outline of a former drive-in is very noticeable in a Google Maps view of the address.
No MADISON DRIVE-IN in 1956.either.
