The Clair Theatre opened in 1940 and was operated by C.J. Hilgers. It was designed by architectural firm Corgan & Moore of Dallas, TX. Seating was listed at 575. The theatre was located on W. Broad Avenue at S. Jackson Street.
The Clair Theatre closed in the mid-1950’s and has since been demolished.
