The Frymont Theatre opened in 1934 with seating listed at 275. This theatre was part of the Massie Theatre chain. The Massie Chain operated all five theatres in Bryson City.
The theatre closed in 1950 and has since been retrofitted for retail. Any further information on the Frymont Theatre would be appreciated.
