I couldn’t find much on the Ardmore Theatre and Jim Rankin had very little in his notes, but it was opened on August 10, 1945. Seating listed at 426. It was closed on November 28, 1947.

When I was little, the building at this address was a Kroger grocery store. It is now a diner. I never knew it had been a theater. Hope someone can find a picture.
