The Colonial Theatre opened in 1921 with seating listed at 580. This theatre was operated by Publix for a time but I couldn’t find info on other operators. It was located on the opposite side of the street of the Chateau Theatre.
The theatre closed in the late-1950’s and has since been demolished. There is an office building where the theatre once stood. Any further info on the Colonial Theatre would be appreciated.
