The 435 seat Lyric theatre was opened by McCarthy Brothers in 1925. It was later operated by the Orpheum Theatre Co. By 1941 it was operated by the Berger Amusement Co. and they were the operators until it closed on January 2, 1955. It is now a flower shop called The Flower Mill.
