Opened on April 4, 2008, the newest multiplex in Myrtle Beach is a spectacular cinema that is owned and operated by Charlotte based-Stone Theatres Group. It is also the first cinema that Stone Theatres opened and operated in the state of South Carolina. The chain operates theatres located in Fayetteville(Millhouse 14) and Durham(The Streets At Southpoint 16).

The Grand 14 at the Market Common is located three miles south of U.S. 501. It can be accessible from either Highway 17 Business or Highway 17 Bypass, off the Farrow Parkway not far from the Grand Strands of Myrtle Beach, close to the Myrtle Beach International Airport.

All auditoriums feature full stadium seating with Dolby Digital 3D, and a gourmet concession stand. It was taken over by the Georgia Theater Company in November 2025.
