Located in the Walham Green area of the west London district of Fulham, directly across the road from the Granville Theatre. The Walham Green Cinematograph Theatre was the third of a chain of ‘Cinematograph Theatres’ that were operated by Montagu Pyke. Walham Green opened on 29th December 1909.
After Pyke was made bankrupt in 1915, his Cinematograph Theatres chain, which by then had become 14 cinemas, were sold to the Amalgamated Cinematograph Theatres chain.
The Walham Green Cinematograph Theatre was closed by 1918. It was later demolished. In 2017, the building on the site houses a general store named Nisbets.
