Billed as the largest movie theater complex east of the Rocky Mountains when first opened December 13, 1991. The Cobb Sawgrass 18 anchored the dining/entertainment wing of West Broward’s Sawgrass Mills regional outlet mall. Five more screens were added on November 12, 1999, and Regal took over after their merger with Cobb. Recliner seats began installation in July 2025.

If showtimes are anything to go by, Auditorium 5 is slated to reopen Friday with Auditorium 10 closing for upgrades the same day.

Starting Friday, the first phase of renovations (Auditoriums 1-7) will be complete. At that point, Auditoriums 12 & 13 will close for upgrades.
Seating Capacity as of today, theatres 8 thru 11, 12-13, 18-20 and 22 currently closed.

Renovations are going closed, many screens still getting renovatied
Auditoriums 9 and 10 are set to reopen this Friday (5/22). At that point, the hallway containing Auditoriums 15-23 will close for renovations with 15 & 16 receiving recliners. As mentioned before, 17-23 will remain untouched.
No word on when the remaining auditoriums in phase 2 (4DX 8; 12-14) will reopen.
