The New Vista Theatre opened on May 2, 1941 with George Murphy in in “A Girl, a Guy and a Gob” & James Cagney in “Strawberry Blonde”. It later showed Spanish films before it closed. The theatre space was taken over by an adjacent pharmacy. By 2022 it was an ice cream store.
