Vista Theatre

The New Vista Theatre opened on May 2, 1941 with George Murphy in in “A Girl, a Guy and a Gob” & James Cagney in “Strawberry Blonde”. It later showed Spanish films before it closed. The theatre space was taken over by an adjacent pharmacy. By 2022 it was an ice cream store.

The address should be 209 Main Street, Vista, CA. According to this pdf View link
the building dates from 1940.
