The Amoy Theatre was situated in Amoy Garden in Kowloon Bay on the Kowloon side of Hong Kong.
It opened to business on 15th October, 1987 with an English language films, and showed first run English and Chinese language films until its closure in October 1995.
In 1995, the Amoy Theatre was converted into the Broadway Theatre Kowloon Bay, a triplex cinema. House 1 and House 2 are converted from the stalls of the former Amoy Theatre, while House 3 was converted from the former balcony.
The Broadway Theatre has shown first-run English and Chinese language films since its opening on 11th July, 1996. House 1 is equipped with SR and Houses 2 and 3 with a SRD sound system. The seating capacities of the three houses are 199, 248 and 254.

Broadway Theatre—Kowloon Bay closed on 1st April, 2009.
The site of the former Broadway Theatre—Kowloon Bay is taken over by Cine-Arts House on 1st April, 2009. Cine-Arts House closed on 1st December, 2006.
Sorry, I make a mistake, the name of the theatre is Cine-Art House.
