The Yucca Theatre opened January 10, 1947, as a second-run theatre, for the Albuquerque Theatres chain. It was very short-lived, closing in 1952. In 1953, the Evangelical Temple church is shown at this address. There was later a truck rental and sales business at this address. It was demolished in Summer of 2024.
