The Saint Clair 10 Cine was opened by Wehrenberg Theatres on May 23, 1986. It was last operated by Marcus Theatre and was closed in March 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The theatre was put up ‘For Sale’ in August 2021.

Always wondered, what does Cine mean? Is it short for cinema? Seems to be on the names of alot of the Wehrenberg theatres. Is it pronounced “sin” or “sin-eh”?
Cine is short for cinema. And the second pronouncation is correct.
It looks like that Wehrenberg may be trying to close this theatre. They will be beginning a second-run policy this Friday.

Google lists the theater as “Permanently Closed”. After 35 years of operation the end has come for the St. Clair 10.
Saw that the theater is gonna be converted into a new campus for Faith Church… Not sure exactly when it be open
