The Riverside Drive-In was located on NE 28th Street. It was opened November 10, 1950 with Barbara Stanwyck in “The Furies”. After serving as a regular drive-in, it ended its days as an adult drive-in.
After it was closed, it was demolished and a golf driving range was built on the site. This has since been demolished and the site is a housing development by 2018.

Thanks SiliconSam.
I have a question for Mike Rogers, please. Would you happen to know if Phil Isley Theatres opened the Riverside, or later acquired it from the initial owners in the late-‘50s? Thank you.
Opened around 1950, and was operated by Phil Isley Theatres.

Remnants of the Golf Range are now gone, it is a housing development.
This opened on November 10th, 1950. Grand opening ad in the photo section.
Also opened with 2 cartoons(not named?), and late news.
