First operated by JF Theatres, then Loews, then Sony, then back to Loews, and finally Loews Cineplex.

That’s amazing! Wonder if one could ask to see it as a citizen.

At least one of the theaters in still intact, with seats and screen, and being used as a auditorium and meeting room by the Social Services office.

Baltimore Sun article on the July 17 opening, with a very grainy picture of the lobby, uploaded to photos.

Found the grand opening ad in the Baltimore Sun and uploaded it to the photos section.

Went by the building two weeks ago. Looking in the windows, it’s all offices with regular low ceilings. Hard to even imagine a vast movie theater being in there at one time.

This opened on July 18th, 1986. Tiny grand opening ad in the photo section.

Had a couple friends in high school who worked there, I don’t think I ever paid to see a movie there as long as it was open :) And it was definitely open in ‘86. Saw Ferris Bueller and The Mosquito Coast there when they had discount Tuesdays.

The theater opened in the summer of 86. I went to see Ferris Bueller’s Day off. I remember The Fly and Pretty in Pink playing there at the same time.

UA Marley Station opened on June 5, 1987. GBTC definitely opened after that.

Theater actually opened in the summer of 1986. Saw the Texas Chainsaw Massacre Part 2 and Maximum Overdrive there shortly after it opened. Opened the summer before my senior year in HS. Marley Station Mall and the theater there opened in the fall of the same year. All of the other info in the previous post is spot on, including the info on the address.

Glen Burnie Towncenter 7 opened in 1988, operated by the local J-F chain (I believe it was the last theatre to be opened by J-F before they were sold to Loews). Loews closed it circa 1999, but in early 2001 the house was reopened by a chain called DTTS. This incarnation lasted only three or four months.

The space has since been gutted for possible office/retail use.

I believe the actual street address should be Baltimore-Annapolis Boulevard, as Ritchie Hwy. is a block and change to the southeast.
