Located in the Vedado district of Havana, on the Calle 23 between 12 & 14. The Cine 23 y 12 was opened prior to 1958. It has just one screening a day at 8:00pm and it caters mainly for children and family audiences.

The theater is erroneously positioned in El Cerro on the street map, it was located on 23 Street between 12 and 14 Streets in Vedado.
