The first floor of this building was built in 1891 by John Henderson Wood from handmade brick as the Price Brothers Saddle Shop. In 1921, W.J. Wilke came to town. Wilke came from a line of theatre owners with his parents opening the first theatre in 1915 at Ballinger. Wilke bought the building and added a second story. That same year, he opened the Liberty Theatre. The Liberty Theatre was the third theatre in Graham. He sold the theatre in 1944 to H.S. Leon.

From 2011 a photo of the Liberty Theatre building in Graham.
On no not another furniture store!
Wonder what is upstairs, bet the ceilings were dropped.
The building has three floors and a basement. Second floor is more of the retail store, but you can still see the risers on the wall for the balcony seating. Third floor has the rest of the balcony seats, the projection room is intact. The projectors were removed, but are still in the county.
