Star Drive-In

On 31 East, north of town. It was opened prior to 1950 when it was operated by Affiliated Theaters Inc. of Indianapolis, IN. It had a concrete screen and a wall around it. Part of this was damaged in a wind storm while it was open. Closed in the mid-1990’s.

Larry Glass Paving Company now occupies this corner. If you look close, you can still see some of the ramps. Until the early-2000’s, the projection booth still stood.

Approx. address for this drive-in was 2900 Hodgenville Road.

JWMovies is correct, the address is 2900 Hodgenville Road, Glasgow, KY. Today, a company called Glass Aggregates sits on the property with no trace of the drive-in remaining. http://tinyurl.com/z429hnq
