The building was used as a mortuary & funeral home from 1903 to 1972. was converted into the Roslyn Theatre, which opened on June 9, 1977 with Gene Tierney in “Heaven Can Wait”. In 2020 the owners decided to retire, and it was put up ‘For Sale’.
