The Federal Theatre was opened on December 10, 1931. By 1941, the Federal Theatre was operated by the Schine Circuit. It was still open in 1963, operated by the Geradi Brothers chain. By 2010 it was the Town Hall.

the theatre is not demolished it is now Town Hall.

According to the historical society, the white brick on the left corner of the building is the high water mark for the flood of 1935.

It’s been city hall much longer. That ugly front looks like it dates to the ‘70s or '80s, and it was definitely city hall before 2010, when I photographed it.
