I believe that this opened in 1997.
Most likely opened first half of 1998.
Rather confusingly, the manager told me this cinema opened in 1996! Hopefully another correspondent will be able to confirm the year of opening! Seating capacities range from 140 to 390.
A document I saw when I worked for Regal says this opened on 5/20/1998.
It appears that this theater is now closed for good, going from what I saw online.
The car dealership that bought the building is demolishing all but the two large screens to show second-run films for their customers.

Googling the Auto Boutique in Columbus, it appears that none of the exterior walls were demolished, the entire original footprint appears to remain and the exterior is looks almost like it did as a Regal.
And yet I wonder which two theaters they kept intact… Hopefully the two largest houses (7 & 8).
