The Ladera 6 Cinema was opened June 28, 1985. It became a second run theater from September 6, 1991. It was closed by Silver Cinemas on December 2, 1999.

Silver Cinemas closed Ladera 6 Cinema on December 3, 1999 making December 2, 1999 it’s last day. The last movies they played were Blue Streak, Bats, Inspector Gadget, The Haunting, Drive Me Crazy, The Adventures of Elmo In Grouchland, Stir of Echoes, and Runaway Bride.
Ladera 6 Cinemas became a second-run theater on September 6, 1991, showing films such as Backdraft, What About Bob?, Don’t Tell Mom The Babysitter’s Dead, Soapdish, Return to the Blue Lagoon, Mobsters, and The Silence of the Lambs.
