The 400-seat Mills Theater opened in Fall of 1937 and closed in Spring of 2001 after falling into disrepair.

It was renovated and reopened in 2008.

The Mills Theater is open again; after being purchased by LMEI a non-profit, and being rebuilt from the ground up.
