The Nyssa Theatre was part of the Harris-Voeller Theaters Inc. chain and it opened on November 4, 1937. It was closed in the very late-1960’s or very early-1970’s.

The theatre was gutted and was sold to the restaurant next door (which it already shared a party wall with). The restaurant and bar occupied the theatre space, and what is now the back door of the bar was originally the emergency exit for the theatre. It was demolished in September 2017.

Appears to have been demolished. Using the Google street view of 212 Main Street in Nyssa which was De LaO’s Bar & Grill. It has vacant lots on both sides of it today.
