The Great 8 Cinemas opened in 1996 with seating listed at 1,580. The theatre features first run attractions. It is located in the Prairie Dell shopping plaza. Small auditorium with staggered seating but it is not a stadium type theatre. Features are shown twice nightly with matinees on week ends, holidays and during the summer.
