This seems to be a separate drive-in from the Oceanside Drive-in. Not to be confused with the other drive-in theater of Oceanside, the Valley Drive-in.
Apparently, the Midway Drive-In closed in the 1960’s and was demolished. A strip of stores, including a Big Bear grocery store, was built on the location. The site is currently the home of the MiraCosta College Community Learning Center.

More research would be needed to find out if the Midway Drive-In was an earlier name for the Oceanside Drive-In.

TRICITY71, I believe that theater was called the Vista Drive-In. Here is a picture of it:

I uploaded the correct aerial. The other one is for the Vista DI. It needs to be removed.
I could not find the Vista DI listed on CT.
The Vista Drive-In is listed under “Oceanside Drive-In” on CinemaTreasures, the address for that theater is also incorrect (see my comments on that theater’s page). I am not entirely sure there ever existed a Drive-In called “Oceanside Drive-In”, I think it was perhaps just a common name used for any particular drive-in, however I am not entirely sure, I am only guessing.
Theatre Catalog, 1952 & 1955-56: “Midway D. I., Fall Brook Rd. Exec: Midway Entr. Inc., 4025 Lankershim Blvd., N. Hollywood. (508)”
