Open since at least December 27, 1922 when a Wurlitzer organ (opus 613) was installed, this theatre. It was operated by Joseph Stern. It was still listed as open in the 1951 Film Daily Yearbook.
It has since been demolished.

Listed as a Negro Theater in the 1951 FDY.
I was just in Newark yesterday to photographs cinemas. This theatre is demolished.
