This theater’s ads in the Ligonier Leader use the name White Light Theatre, not Whitelite.

I’m wondering if the White Light Theatre was the proposed opera house noted in this item from the June 4, 1910 issue of The American Contractor: “Ligonier, Ind. - Architect E. Hill Turnock, Elkhart, Ind., is preparing plans for an opera house, at Ligonier.”

An ad for the White Light Theatre appeared in the May 7, 1914 issue of the Ligonier banner which referred to it as “Ligonier’s pretty new playhouse,” but of course it might have operated under a different name earlier.
