The Seaford Cinemas is located on Merrick Road.
They sold discounted tickets up until 6:00 each day including weekends. They allowed purchase of tickets up to three days before the scheduled movie, except on Tuesdays when there were discounted tickets all day.
Originally a 6-screen cinema which opened on May 26, 2000. On October 28, 2005 two stadium seated auditoriums were added.
The theater was well kept. It was closed in 2021. It reopened on September 29, 2022, but closed again on April 28, 2025.

Please update, theatre opened in 2000, expanded at 2005 to 8 screens
According to their recording the theatre is closed due to unseen circumstances. Doesn’t sound promising.
Please update, theatre opened May 26, 2000 and the additional 2 screens on October 28, 2005. No Grand Opening ads. Presently, theatre still hasn’t reopened yet.

It’s good to see Seaford has reopened since Merrick Cinemas has closed. It still looks the same after it reopened & very well kept. It’s the cheapest place to see a movie nowadays-$9 for most shows $5 matinees. The staff is nice & very accommodating. It’s worth the trip.
Seaford Cinemas was beached at the end of 25-year leasing period on April 28, 2025.
I’m saddened. It was one of my go to theaters-cheap prices, friendly staff. 1 by 1 COVID and streaming are putting independent movie theaters out of business.
