The location of the Fine Arts 3 was directly behind the original Fine Arts (later Fine Arts 1&2 – now Restoration Hardware). The building now serves as a restaurant.
The recent opening of the Fine Arts 3 was noted in the November 22, 1971, issue of Boxoffice Magazine. The new house seated 400 patrons, and, like the Fine Arts 1 and 2, was operated by the Nutmeg Circuit.

Opened as the Fine Arts 2 on August 9th, 1968. Ad posted. more to come for this cinema. It was at 33 Jessup Road.
The Fine Arts 2 was renamed the Fine Arts 3 on May 23rd, 1980 after the Fine Arts at 80 Post Road was split up. Ad posted.
