My photos were taken soon before the Gaumont Closed, after a highly unsympathetic redecoration, in which the lovely blue-and-gold wallpaper and period drapes were replaced. As I have never managed to find a photo of the originals, this is a reconstruction of how they looked, and how they enhanced to auditorium.
