“In 1935, the Embassy Theatre, 342-350 Northampton St., Easton, PA, offered the movie Carr 99 starring Fred MacMurray and an exhibit of a "Girl in the Fish Bowl.” The venue opened in the 1890s as Abel Opera House. The theater closed in May 1966 and was bought by Seigel’s. Today it is the location of Sigal Museum. Sigal Museum of the Northampton County Historical and Genealogical Society.“ (August 2020)
