It’s June 15, 1956 and time for the launching of Coury’s Drive-In in North Adams. The Berkshires area will see “The Man from Laramie” and “The Lieutenant Wore Skirts.” And the drive-in will continue 37 seasons until “Honey I Shrunk the Kids” closed out the theater prior to becoming a WalMart.
