  • <p>The original DanBarry Cinemas policy trailer from 1992, which used a completely different variation of General Cinema’s 1970s classic “Camera Shutter” policy. This is the first ever movie theater to be operated by the chain.</p>

  • <p>I remember driving to Orange from Laguna Hills see this movie, because the marketing was done so well that we thought the documentary was real. I remember sitting in the front row because the theater was sold out and being so excited to finally see actual proof of the supernatural. I figured out about 20 minutes in that it was a movie (so disappointed!), then got nauseous from the shaky cam filming towards the end, but at least I was a part of movie history…and, as it turns out, the history of this theater :) It was the first time I had been to The Block - I hadn’t known it existed before.</p>
