There are offices on the upper floors and Al’s NYPD Pizza is on the ground level.
This has been torn down. Going to movies there in the 80s was a big deal, huge crowds.
The ‘founders’ (early congregants) of St. Therese Catholic Church held services at the Yucca in the late 40s before the permanent church was built nearby
