This theater reopened as the Oriole Terrace ballroom on October 18, 1922 after renovation. It was later renamed the Grand Terrace and following a fire in 1940 it became the Latin Quarter until 1991. It briefly reopened at Grand Quarters, but was vacant by the mid ‘90s. The building was demolished in 2012.

The Empire was located at 203 East State Street. State Street was renamed Michigan Avenue in 1923. It opened on August 31, 1906, and closed in 1916. Info from the book “Old Marshall Town”.
