I found it. Use the address 4790 Morgantown Rd. Belington WV. It looks like the projection booth is still standing, otherwise it’s an overgrown field with a farming shed. You can see the drive-in clearly at this address on Historic Aerials, 1956.
There was another drive-in located at 1137 Atomic Rd, Beech Island, SC 29842. The 1971 historic aerials map shows the remains of it. Could this have been the Booker T?
Use address 10310 US-1 Glen Allen, VA 23059. Brings you right to the spot. On the maps, you can still make out some of the ramps and where the projection building once stood. Heavily overgrown.
I believe this drive-in was at the corner of South Main Street and Loop 1910 where it turns into SE Mustang Dr. On Historic Aerials.com, you can still see the ramps in the 1996 aerial images. A “Stripes” gas station now resides on the location.

8144 S. M 37, Baldwin, MI 49304 actually brings you right in front of where the entrance was. Screen is still intact and visible from the street.
This is the only structure left standing today it seems.

If you go to this intersection on google earth, you can indeed still make out the ramps in the terrain.
