I had a slightly better time at the Regal RPX theater in Salisbury, MD than I did at the Lie-MAX here. I submitted a picture of the Lie-Max here a while back, and it looks very odd, unlike the aforementioned RPX I went two weeks ago. I paid $12.50 for the RPX compared to the $16 I paid here. Oh, and “Man of Steel” is awesome by the way (I saw it in the RPX).
I wonder if they upgraded the sound system ad projection in this theatre, even though they don’t have stadium seating.
IMAX or not, the design of this auditorium is beautiful.

Anyways, I wonder how it’s aged since they kept the Hoyt’s name.
While they’re renovating, I do hope they improve both the food and staff better.
Guess what? They just opened an IMAX screen before the weekend. At Frank’s on S. Queen St. They said it’s a marvel.
They are likely to keep the theater. But in order to keep it in touch, they will have to upgrade (and/or renovate) it soon.
Now that Regal took it over, the theater should be in much better hands.
Anyone know the final seat count for this theater? Feel free to cough up some rough estimates if you’d like.
In all honesty, I’ve never been to this theatre. But I keep hearing it’s stellar.
This should be interesting.
The theater site had me confused for a bit.
