I work here, and it’ll be sad to leave the old building. I grew up here, because my mom worked here before me. I’m going to miss it, but it will be nice to have an 8-screen theater that’s all one level instead of having to walk upstairs. It’s really bad for handicapped people.
I can’t tell you for sure when we bought the theatre, but 1980 seems about right.

Like the article says we will be renovating the existing cinema building into a live theatre/stage.
It will be used for community productions and concerts, and such.
