The Drive-in from Bayamón did NOT closed in the early 70’s. I have a picture of the drive in marquee where it was showing “Instant Justice” (1986) and “Platoon” (1989) it must have closed in the late 80s
Art Deco? Must’ve been opened during the 1930’s . However, I can’t find any info on when the Hotel was built. That could give us a date on when the theater was demolished.
I seem to recall some plans for renovation during an architecture festival the tourism company did a few years ago but nothing ever came out of it. The Main building itself it’s closed to the public, however there’s an opening nearby that people use to exhibit movies.
Oller is currently being renovated. They left the outer shell, but inside it’s been remodeled completely. They’re even doing some expansions
Çorrection: “Platoon” is from 1986

The Roosevelt now shows first run movies. But I recall back in the 90’s the Roosevelt theater was the place to watch old movies.

It’s still open. It’s just not showing movies any longer but they use it for activities.
Hollywood is open. It’s used both as a cineme and as a theater.
Does anyone have any old pictures of the ambassador?
But the building says “Telegrafo” did it have multiple uses?
