I asked my Mom about this, and yes it was the Empire Theater. In fact she says it was always the Empire Theater, and never known as the Homer Theater. Perhaps the listing should be changed.
I did not notice that the theater has the correct address on this page, but is incorrectly listed on the Pennsylvania guide page. And I erred in saying the Indiana was the only theater in Indiana, PA. I had forgotten about the Manos theater.
You have this listed in the wrong city. This is theater that was in Homer City, PA which is south of Indiana, PA. It was located on North Main St between Station St and Miller Av on the east side of the street. As a child visiting my Grandma there, I remember it being used by a church. The only theater in Indiana, PA is the Indiana Theater on Philadelphia St.
