Here’s a random October 11, 1973 attraction when it was named as the “Showcase”. The Showcase opened on September 28 of that year (1973) with “Night Watch” at Screen 1 and “Live And Let Die” at Screen 2. The “Showcase” name changed to “Showplace” a year later in 1974.
