They were from AIT…Cathy and I cant remember the other sisters name. When the theater closed they both went to work in the dm office for Almi century. (might have been RKO CENTURY WARNER BY THEN) There reputation as managers of this theater was stella. I have never been in this theater.

JON LIBOT——-I could not disagree more. I own one of those 75 ft screen theaters and the picture is amazing. Sharp like digital with out the projector. This industry was founded on giant screens and in the 80s they went the way of the newspaper. There is one thing I do agree on the picture should only by large in the width . When the height of the screen goes beyond 35 ft the eye can not take the whole picture in.
We have a Christe digital projector for DVDs that cost $90,000.00 dollars ( no joke)…That being said you can not run a theater on that ..You must have 35 mm or “real' digital.
Well requires a 3 year deal were they profit share…No thanks for a system that costs $10,000.. They Wont let you buy it.

Just framed a pen and ink drawing of the GREENPORT THEATER I bought in 1989 .It took 20 years but it looks great. lol
