Looks like it had RCA “Old Style” junction boxes on the speaker posts. This would indicate the theater was originally equipped with an RCA sound system.
I think International Projectionist magazine (published for Union projectionists) did a story about this theater and other drive-ins which used 16mm film instead of 35mm.
It would be nice to see an overhead view (like from a drone) of the field layout. I’d like to see how they got 9 screens laid out. How many acres does this theater have?
Moon light fixtures to light up the field at night.
Looks like the guts of a carbon arc power supply.
Strong platter and water cooled Century projector heads on top of RCA 9050 sound heads.
I wonder if that payphone is still there?
I drove past the Skyline a couple of days ago and the totem pole is now gone. :(
Has anyone been able to locate any pictures of this theater?
Looks like the projection booth was used for storage purposes after the theater closed.
Sounds like another case of “demolition by neglect”.

Looks like the speaker junction boxes are RCA “Old Style” ones.

Looks like it will be a beautiful theater again.
Wow that’s a big screen. Looks like picture area is 42 feet high by about 100 feet wide.
EPRAD “Glo-Top” junction box base for the speakers.
It would be nice to see this theater open again.
Looks like this theater was equipped with RCA “Old Style” junction boxes for the speakers. Likely this theater had an RCA sound system.
Didn’t all the equipment at this theater get auctioned off a few months ago?
Any updates on this theater?
Any pictures of the interior of this theater?
Apparently, this theater now has new owners and a new website:
http://www.neptunemoviehouse.com/
However, the old website still works.

With their projection booth on top, they ought to twin this theater.
Looks like they no longer have speakers?
Any other updates?
