One of the photos posted here shows what appears to be a school or community orchestra performing on the stage in front of the screen. The website(in Italian)shows contemporary movies scheduled.
Their website features in addition to the swap meet a full calendar of weekend music offerings. Mostly indie and tribute bands. Very eclectic. No movies that I can discern.

With all-reserved seating in recliners the capacity is now 77 according the the chart on the theatre’s website.
Despite surviving a flood, the next big threat is that the theatre and adjacent property are for sale. Story here
