More information: This opened Cinema I & II on August 8th, 1969 and the third screen opened on June 20th, 1975 after it was renamed Route 9 Cinemas on February 2nd, 1979. Five screens on June 29th, 1979 and closed in 2004.
This opened on October 15th, 1920. Grand opening ad below. I think that the America was rebuilt or torn down and a new one built around 1950. Awaiting further digitization of the Casper newspapers.
There was quite a big building boom from April 7th-May 4th, 1928. Allen and Granada on April 7th, Venetian on April 12th and the Uptown on May 2nd, 1928. That makes 4 theatres in less than a month.
